The Bookshop

The Bookshop is a listed building with 800m² of internal area and 100m² of uncovered area. This full restoration project aims to convert the historic site into a commercial space, bringing much-needed regeneration value to the immediate area. The site represents an old bookshop, built in the early 20th century and first opened as a bookshop in 1962 before closing in 2010. It holds emotional significance to the local people.
